1. We provide One Year Factory Warranty on all of our products.
Any problem you can send back to repair .But not including the broken made by yourself .
If a phone is faulty within 15 days from the purchasing, as long as the phone is brand new, we can replace it with a new one.
If a phone is faulty but have scratches on the face and body, we can only repair the phone instead of replacement.
2. You must use normal post or registered mail to send back the broken phones.
(It is no custom problem and no need to pay tax .)
Because we will have problem with EMS, TNT, Fedex, DHL ,UPS.
If the package detained by custom , or any tax need to pay .We cannot take responsibility.
3. We will not take responsible for all lost or broken during the shipping if you don't pay the insurance.
As well we can not take responsible for any custom problem .We can not control the customs in the world.
Please cooperate the custom to pay the tax or provide the document.
4. When you received the package, please check it in front of the courier.
If anything missing , you need to point out what is missing on the bill of air.
If not, we can not do anything for claim to the express company for you.
5. You must write the problem of phones clearly and write your email address when you send back .
And remember the IMEI number of your phone. So that we can solve the problem as soon as possible .If not , we only can wait you contact us then deal with it .
Normally, we can send back the repaired products in 3-5 working days after received the package.

If you have purchased your products from a reseller who has purchased from us, then contact your reseller as your reseller is the one responsible for your warranty box, not us.
